Refund Policy
Last updated: 21 April 2026
SafeSpend gives every new account a free trial with every feature unlocked so you can decide before you pay. Once a payment is taken, the subscription is non-refundable.
1. All Sales Are Final
All SafeSpend subscription payments are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans and to every billing cycle, including renewals.
You are not charged during the free trial. If you do not want to be billed, cancel before the trial ends — no payment is taken and nothing is owed.
2. Free Trial Before You Pay
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access to every SafeSpend feature. The trial is the time to decide whether SafeSpend fits your routine. No payment is taken until the trial ends.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page in the app, or from your Apple ID subscription settings on iOS. When you cancel:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period. You keep every feature until that date.
- After the paid period ends, access to Pro features is locked. SafeSpend is a Pro-only product — there is no free tier that preserves partial access.
- Your data is preserved. Accounts, cards, loans, transactions, and reports are kept on file when Pro access lapses.
- Re-subscribing at any time restores full access to your existing data — nothing needs to be re-entered.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe you were billed in error — for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge made after you cancelled — contact us at support@safespend.ae with your registered email and payment details. We will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, refund decisions for the charge itself are made by Apple under their own policy. You can request an App Store refund directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. SafeSpend does not control that process.
