Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with SafeSpend. If you're not happy for any reason, you can get a full refund — no questions asked.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your payment and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. For annual plans, the full annual amount is refunded.

2. Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken and no refund is needed.

3. After the 14-Day Window

After the 14-day refund window has passed, no partial or pro-rated refunds are available. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@safespend.ae with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include your registered email address and the date of payment.
  • We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page in the app. When you cancel:

  • Your access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted when you downgrade.
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to regain Pro access.
